Who you are dealing with. "Acqua Telecom" is the trading name of Renato Andre de Andrade Reis, Forchwaldstrasse 30a, 6318 Walchwil, Switzerland (a Swiss sole proprietorship). Services supplied to customers in the United Kingdom are supplied by Septoo Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 14752958), Building 2 First Floor, Croxley Business Park, Watford, Hertfordshire WD18 8YA. In these pages "we", "us" and "our" means whichever of them is supplying the service to you.

This page explains how to disconnect your Google Ads or Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad account from our platform and how to have the data we hold about it deleted. It also applies if you signed in with Facebook or Google to approve the connection.
Step 1: Disconnect
Choose either way. Both stop all access straight away.
- In the platform. Open Marketing, choose the connected account (Google Ads or Meta) and select Disconnect. We delete the stored access tokens immediately.
- In Google or Meta.
- Google: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Acqua Telecom and choose Delete all connections.
- Meta: in Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select the Acqua Telecom app and choose Remove, tick the option to delete what the app posted if offered.
Step 2: Ask us to delete the data
Email privacy@acquatelecom.com with the subject Delete advertising account data and tell us:
- the name of your business and the platform (Google Ads or Meta);
- the ad account name or ID, or the Facebook user ID shown on the approval screen if you have it.
We will confirm by email that we have received the request, check that it comes from someone authorised for the account, and delete the data within 30 days. We confirm again when it is done.
What we delete and what we keep

Deleting this data does not delete your own Google Ads or Meta account or any campaign in it. That stays with you at Google or Meta.
