Does my phone support eSIM?
Most iPhones from the XR onwards and many recent Android phones (Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, Motorola Edge and others) support eSIM.

Good to know
Your phone must be unlocked to use an eSIM from another provider. If you got it on a contract or instalment plan, check with your carrier before you travel.
The travel eSIM is data only: you can still call over WhatsApp, FaceTime or any other app.

Do I lose my usual number?
No. The travel eSIM is added as a second, data-only line. Your usual SIM or eSIM stays in the phone, and you can still receive calls and texts if your plan allows it.
When do the days start counting?
From the first time the eSIM connects to a network at your destination, not from the day you buy it. You can buy and install it days before you travel.
How quickly will I get it?
We confirm your payment straight away and email your QR code shortly afterwards. If nothing arrives within a few hours, check your spam folder or write to us at support@acquatelecom.com.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices are set in US dollars. With most cards, the payment page shows you the exact amount in your own currency before you confirm.
What if I run out of data?
You can buy another eSIM for the same destination from this page at any time.
Does it work across several countries in Europe?
Yes: the regional Europe plan covers 37 countries with a single eSIM, ideal for a multi-country trip. There are also plans for the Americas, Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and a Global plan covering more than 100 countries.
Are there plans for the whole year?
Yes. The annual Global plans (20, 50 or 100 GB) last 365 days from the first connection: ideal if you travel several times a year. You'll find them under any destination the Global plan covers.
